3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on the courier service and destination:

Outlying areas: 2–5 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
4. International Shipping

We do not offer direct international shipping services.

Should a client require international delivery:

All arrangements must be made by the client

All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated risks are the client’s responsibility

5. Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
6. Delays & Service Interruptions
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

In the event of any delays or service interruptions:

Clients with active orders will be notified promptly

7. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

Delays caused by couriers

Lost or damaged parcels in transit (claims must be logged with the courier)

However, we will assist clients in resolving issues where possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
We will assess the situation and advise on replacement or resolution.
