Shipping Policy

​1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on the complexity, size, and quantity of the order.

  • Custom 3D printed items may require additional production time, which will be communicated to the client where applicable.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are currently structured as follows:

  • Shipping fees may be:

    • A flat rate fee, or

    • Calculated per order based on size, weight, and delivery location

The final shipping cost will be:

  • Displayed at checkout, or

  • Communicated directly to the client before order confirmation (for custom orders)

3rd Dimension Printing & Services reserves the right to adjust shipping fees where necessary.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the courier service and destination:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

4. International Shipping

  • We do not offer direct international shipping services.

  • Should a client require international delivery:

    • All arrangements must be made by the client

    • All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated risks are the client’s responsibility

5. Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

6. Delays & Service Interruptions

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Supplier or material shortages

  • Courier delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. power outages, technical issues)

In the event of any delays or service interruptions:

  • Clients with active orders will be notified promptly

  • We will provide updated timelines and ongoing communication until resolution

7. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

  • 3rd Dimension Printing & Services is not liable for:

    • Delays caused by couriers

    • Lost or damaged parcels in transit (claims must be logged with the courier)

However, we will assist clients in resolving issues where possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

We will assess the situation and advise on replacement or resolution.
